Your opinion wanted concerning notebook computers?

There are on the market now, the cutest little notebook computers. The screen is a bit over 10". The price seems pretty steady everywhere at $300.00. Wouldn't they be a lot easier to tote around than a regular laptop? Of course, I am assuming that I would only use it for emails and a bit of web surfing. Do you have one? Are they ready to tap into a router for a wireless ISP ???

Netbooks are cute as you like.

Currently Samsung make the best out there. But if you can hold on, the new chipset / cpu is out toward the end of this year, and it promises to be better for battery, more power, etc.

Of course they have wireless adapters in them, but I find the resoultion of the screens to be a limitation.

You can still do many things with them though. My IT colleague carries only his netbook to jobs, and customers are fascinated. He boots Linux, Windows, and Mac's OS X.
