plz help me...someone ask me about Router,switch in Interview then what should i replied to him?
plz give me a perfect answer that i could use in my ans in interview.. i have entered in this field from other field. i've completed CCNA recently. i m studing for MCSE write now. which papers should i study mostly for system administrator job. now i've a job offer but i m not ready for it bcoz my ccna basic is not good. plz gave me some links with the help of that links i could prepare the basics of CCNA. and also give me a little bit of tips for walking Interview.

Router Forwards all packets received to all other connections attached to router
Switches looks at the IP header and forward packet only to the client the IP header is addressed to so it offers more security
